三 | 面对重卡电动化转型趋势，国网杭州供电公司提前布局并持续完善重卡充电站网络建设，针对重卡充电“单桩功率高、单站容量大”特点，累计服务杭州全市建成33座重卡充电站、682个大功率充电枪。据介绍，这次投运的重卡充电站单个停车位约90平方米，是普通小车位的6倍多，既要保证重卡出入安全，又要减少对小车停放的影响。项目团队在保障服务区正常运营的前提下，反复协调出入口设计、场地选址，并优化供电方案，制定分段施工计划，确保建设期间该充电站“不停电、服务不打烊”。当前，桐庐服务区不仅是重卡补能枢纽，更是全国最大规模的高速公路光储充一体化智慧充电站。站内光伏总装机容量达3096千瓦，配套430千瓦时储能电站，可实现绿电就地消纳与削峰填谷，南北两区单日最高可满足超过6000车次的充电需求。今年4月，杭州市建委出台《杭州市大功率充电桩建设三年行动工作清单（2026—2028年）》，规划落地83个项目、667个充电桩。国网杭州供电公司以“一枢两翼”战略布局全市重卡充电网络——即以长三角城市枢纽及核心交通枢纽为支点，左翼辐射各区县，右翼拓展高速服务区、国道干线与物流沿线。目前，国网杭州供电公司根据清单已完成承接的39个项目站点、共计333个大功率重卡充电桩的现场勘察工作。
